All sales of digital products are final and nonrefundable. Because digital products are delivered electronically and can be accessed or downloaded after purchase, they cannot be returned once delivery has occurred. Refunds will not be issued for changes of mind, failure to use the product, or dissatisfaction after access has been provided. If you experience a duplicate charge or a technical problem that prevents delivery, please contact Cabana within seven days of purchase. Cabana will correct any confirmed duplicate charge or provide a replacement file; if Cabana is unable to deliver the purchased product, a refund will be issued. This policy does not limit any rights that cannot legally be waived.
