Our Story

Welcome to Cabana Condominiums, a lakeside community in Garland with roots going back to 1983. Public records and city materials identify Cabana as a 56 unit property at 4202 Bass Pro Drive that has remained part of this area’s story for decades

The City of Garland recently adopted the Setting Sail: South Garland Lakeside Area Plan, a long range vision for the surrounding lakeside area near Lake Ray Hubbard. The plan reflects continued public interest and investment in the area’s growth, connectivity, and long term potential.
